Refund Policy :
If within 30 days after receiving the
goods you find the product unsuitable for your application, you may send the goods in
their original conditions back to us for a full refund for the cost of
product. Please email sales@tri-plc.com
to obtain the RMA # and return procedure.
Delivery : All stocked items are normally shipped out on the
next business day via FedEx or Canada Post from Vancouver BC. We will contact you
immediately if an item is not in stock to advise you the delivery schedule.

Toll-Free). If you prefer to order by Fax/Mail or if you prefer non-credit card
